Shahab Javanmardi, vice-chairman of Tehran Chamber of Commerce and CEO of Fanap Group of Companies, was elected as the main member of the board of directors of Iran-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry with 272 votes out of a total of 410 votes
According to the IDEA, Simultaneously with the holding of the annual general assembly of Iran-Germany Chamber on Monday, November 20, the election of the board of directors was also held, and after counting the votes, 6 main Iranian members and 2 alternate members of the board of directors were elected from among 19 candidates.
Based on this, among the Iranian candidates, Abolfazl Roghani Golpayegani, Shahin Asghari, Arash Soltani, Ebrahim Jamili, Shahab Javanmardi and Amirhoshang Fazli were elected as main members and Saeed Roshani and Karia Kokabi as alternate members of the Iran-Germany Chamber of Commerce.
Also, among the German candidates, Jürgen Vogel, Werner Helmut Rainer Kollert, Günther Weidlich, Robert Weber, Mark Kirschenberger, Thomas Wilhelm and Wolfing were nominated as main members and Urs Eros and Robert Rigler as alternate members.
It should be mentioned that the joint chambers of commerce between the two countries act as an arm of commercial and economic relations and in the direction of exports, homogenization of international rules in trade between the two countries, facilitating the export of products and generally expanding the economic interactions of businessmen.
