Persiafund venture capital company exits Shegerfist startup

After 3 years, the venture investment company “Persiafund” left the shareholding of the startup “Shegerfist” and handed over 30% of its shares to new investors.

According to Iran digital economy annotation, Shegerfist works in the field of game and gamification and has the implementation of gamification campaigns for companies such as Digikala, Snapp, and Hamrahe Aval in his resume. In 2019, Persia Entrepreneurial Pioneers Venture Capital Company invested in Shegerfist startup and after 3 years of association with this startup, it left Shegerfist’s shareholding and transferred all its shares to new investors.

Aliakbar Rahimboroujerdi, the CEO of Persiafund, announced his departure from the startup Shegerfist and said: “Considering the stage in which the startup Shegerfist was in, it was necessary to inject more capital into this startup. On the other hand, the mission of a VC, apart from investment, is also Exit. Accordingly, considering the path we envisioned for the future of Shegerfist, we decided to hand over all our shares to new investors with the Exit.”

The CEO of Persiafund added: “During this period, our shares have also grown and we were able to successfully exit this startup.” “Definitely, the arrival of a new investor can provide a suitable platform for Shegerfist Group to enter a new path and develop them.”

Persiafund was established in 2019 and until today it has invested in startups in the field of games and entertainment, fintech, insurtech, health and educational platform in the field of skills and creativity.

Startup Shegerfist, whose main members are Vahid Abdollahiha, Milad Mohajer, Kasra Azhir and Pendar Safari, in 2019 was able to attract the necessary capital from Persiafund in exchange for 30% of its shares.

Shegerfist operates in the field of games and gamification under the legal name of Shegerf Parse Ideators and focuses on providing web games and gamification solutions for other businesses.
