Follow-up on Agreements in Infrastructure, Post, IT, and Space Sectors
According to IDEA, Iran’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eisa Zarepour is visiting Oman to advance cooperation agreements in infrastructure, postal services, IT, and space. The visit follows Oman’s Minister of Transport, Communications, and IT’s earlier visit to Iran, where both nations discussed various collaborative efforts, including data transit, postal services, and space projects. Iran highlighted the extensive online services offered through the National Smart Government Platform, stressing the potential for Iranian companies to engage in Omani projects. The ministers signed agreements, and the visit aims to follow up on these shared cooperation agreements. The trip includes meetings with Omani officials and visits to relevant facilities.
