The head of the Commercial Facilitation Department at Teta Center says: The new E-namad system has been implemented and is currently operational, addressing the issues of the remaining 200 businesses.
In recent days, due to process changes, integration of various databases, and connectivity with the services of other government systems, some users of the new Enamad system had encountered difficulties in using the system, which have now been resolved, according to the public relations department of Teta Center.
According to the IDEA, Public Relations Department of the Electronic Commerce Development Center (Teta Center), the new Enamad system has been launched with the aim of facilitating and expediting processes for online businesses. The basis for the new changes is the optimization, smartification, and integration of processes, based on feedback received from the private sector.
The new Enamad system was implemented and became operational at the end of this month. The rewriting of this system project is one of the most significant actions taken by Teta Center in recent years, with the goal of simplifying and expediting processes for online users and businesses, taking into account feedback received from the private sector.
Neda Mostafavi, head of the Commercial Facilitation and Applications Development Department at Teta Center, stated that in this update, information from 180,000 online businesses was successfully transferred, and the system is currently providing services to applicants as before. She added: However, around 200 out of 180,000 active Enamad businesses encountered some issues during this transition, which have been completely resolved in the past week. However, other Enamads and payment gateways for previous system users are still operating smoothly without any issues.
She emphasized that in the past two weeks since the system update, 1,500 new Enamads have been issued without any problems, and their complete list will be added to the previous list on the Enamad website. On the other hand, the Enamad system support is specifically active during these days and will be active for the next month to address requests and reported issues from active users. In case of any potential problems, they will be resolved promptly.
