In the statement of Sarava, which was published in this case, it is stated that: “Golrang Industrial Group is the new owner of 100% of the company by buying and acquiring the shares of Sarava and other shareholders of Alopeyk.” With the aim of developing and upgrading its transportation network in the Okala online store, Golrang entered into negotiations six months ago to buy the shares of Alopeyk. “Sarava hopes that with the successful exit of himself and other shareholders of Alopeyk, new opportunities will be presented to this company with the new shareholder structure.”
