Eghbal Shakeri, a member of the construction commission of the parliament, announced that Divar and Sheypoor are not associated with the plan to deal with speculation in the housing market, and if they are not accompanied, the activity of these two sites should be prevented.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, according to Shakeri, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has announced that all housing advertisements published on any platform must be related to the real estate and accommodation system.
Eghbal Shakrei said that regarding the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s warning to Divar and Sheypoor sites, good measures have been coordinated with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to deal with real estate market speculators.
He continued: One of the speculators of the housing market and the mafia in this area is increasing the fake price of housing by providing false information on internet platforms. They provide fake information about the property, owner, etc. to inflate the prices to sell their properties.
He added: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has announced that all housing advertisements published on any platform must be connected to the real estate and accommodation system and receive a special code from this system. Accordingly, with the publication of the ad, a color code based on the approval of the real estate system is issued.
He stated that Divar and Sheypoor have not yet cooperated with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and emphasized: If they do not cooperate, the activity of these two sites should be prevented.
A member of the Parliament’s Construction Commission said about the advantages of owner or landlord authentication in the platforms that provide real estate ads: This will prevent fake price-fixing ads. Therefore, rental ads must be verified through the real estate and accommodation system, not through ads.
Shakeri reminded: The Guardian Council has taken a minor flaw in the plan to organize the rental and housing market, which we will considerin the hall today or tomorrow. We hope that this plan will be approved, become a law and be implemented in the housing market.
