Soltanalizadeh said: “Localization of RSS guided drilling equipment, localization of mobile coiled tubing (Ct) technology, localization of Mini-LNG natural gas liquefaction technology, localization of CRA pipes for oil and gas wells, and localization of shallow water drilling rigs from the project. defined in the joint cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Oil and the Scientific Vice-Chancellor in the field of localization of bottleneck equipment and technologies in the oil industry.
He also announced the conclusion of a joint cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Petroleum and the Scientific Vice-Chancellor in the field of supply of back-up fuel (SNG) for industries in the cold seasons of the year and said: “The construction of a local SNG backup fuel system at the site of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari sheet metal factory and Sepanta Ahvaz rolling and pipe production plant is one of the projects defined in this agreement; also, according to the schedule of the projects and measures taken, it is expected that the mentioned projects will be put into operation before the arrival of the cold months of 1403.”
Cooperation of knowledge-based companies with the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade

In explaining the measures taken in this regard, he said: “Establishing technical and specialized committees under the steering committee, defining the exact technical and economic dimensions of the bottleneck issues and determining the user and applicant for each issue, issuing a call for the identification of technologists for the two issues of dump trucks and mining smartness, conducting specialized evaluations and preparing evaluation reports for each issue, selection of selected companies for dump trucks, concluding a dump truck contract with the selected team, and defining the support of the Vice-Chancellor of Science and the Ministry of Safety for dump trucks and making the mines intelligent are among the actions that have been carried out so far.
According to Soltanalizadeh, the projects in progress are as follows: negotiating with the private sector for the call for the localization of equipment for the beverage industry, negotiating with Tapico holding companies for the call (ZLD and EDR), following up on the actions of the Ministry of Security for the issues committed in the agreement, examining and evaluating knowledge-based products and determining the appropriate tariff code for them, in order to introduce them to the Ministry of Safety and to modify the import tariff code of similar products of foreign origin.
