In the new resolution of the electronic government interactivity working group, the tax affairs organization was obliged to provide tax registration status identity and inquiry service to payment companies.
Providing identity information and postal code compliance services through the information exchange center to payment assistance companies was another part of today’s resolution of the e-government interoperability working group.
According to the IDEA, in today’s (November 1) meeting of the electronic government interactivity working group, the provision of identity information compliance services and tax registration status inquiries to payment assistance companies was approved. This plan was proposed at the meeting of the e-government interactivity working group and was finally approved with the approval of the members of this working group.
Based on this, from now on, payment companies can access identity information matching services and postal code inquiry services through the National Information Exchange Center and use these identity matching and location inquiry services to provide Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) to their customers.
It is stated in the e-Government Interoperability Working Group’s resolution: “identity information compliance services and postal code inquiry services should be made available to payment companies through the National Information Exchange Center’s staff.”
It was also decided that the tax affairs organization will provide an inquiry service to payment assistance companies. In this way, payment assistance companies can find out about the tax registration status of their customers and provide the online payment portal according to the applicant’s registration status.
In the text of the resolution of the Interoperability Working Group, it is stated: “Tax Affairs Organization should provide a service called “Tax Registration Status Inquiry” through the staff of the National Information Exchange Center to provide to payment assistance companies”.
In the continuation of this resolution, the amount of access of payment companies to the information of the tax affairs organization is determined. Based on this, the accessibility of payment assistance companies will be based on registration or non-registration and numerical value.
In the text of the resolution, it is mentioned: “This service has the input of the national ID along with the tracking code of the tax registration and the output of two information items yes/no (yes means registration up to the stage determined by the tax affairs and no means not completing the registration) and a The numerical value of this information item is a number indicating the step number in the process of registration of tax affairs in the event that the registration is not completed (the return value is no).
