Mentioning this explanation, Khodabakhsh emphasized that the role of the media is important and effective in this situation, because since the users and developers of this industry include all the people of the country, the media can introduce this technology to the people and its applications with the help of business owners. come to work On the other hand, considering that we are facing new businesses with old and unfamiliar laws in the regulatory field, the media can help businesses in this field as well.
The CEO of the Bazaar continued his speech, emphasizing that the market has tried to have the best performance in the technology industry, and stated:
“Today, after 13 years since the birth of the Bazaar, we have many experiences, periods of sanctions, filtering, coming and We have seen the departure of governments and the change of policies and we have tried to be in harmony with the conditions in all these periods and at the same time maintain the quality of our service and improve this industry year by year with our own contribution. Even today, Bazaar is standing in a good place and as the largest Iranian app store, it has taken its place among developers and open users, and to a large extent it has faced the sanctions.
Another part of the speech of the CEO of Bazaar was dedicated to the relationship between this business and universities, which Khodabakhsh explained: “Bazaar has had a close relationship with the university since long ago, and its employees are university graduates, especially in the field of software and IT. “Also, due to the high volume of transactions, there are big issues to solve in this business, and that’s why we always tried to recruit top students from good universities.”
As Khodabakhsh said, the proximity of CafeBazaar company to Sharif University and its membership in University Park has created a very close relationship between this business and Sharif University.
He further mentioned the social responsibility of the Bazaar to make applications accessible and added: “The Bazaar is used by users as a portal to enter digital services. We realized that we have 700-800 thousand blind or partially sighted people in the country who cannot use applications. We worked on this project for 2 years and finally we were able to make some applications available to these people.”
Khodabakhsh emphasized that the Bazaar is trying to work in the field of social responsibility in the field of education and empowerment and have more fruits.
As the CEO of the Bazaar emphasized, this app store had 30,000 active developers until the end of 2023, which had a total revenue share of almost 40 million dollors per year. According to him, the largest share was owned by the “Divar” developer.

Pointing out that the last two years were difficult years for domestic businesses due to sanctions, as well as difficult internal conditions and internet and regulatory problems, he said:

In total, as Takalloo explained, according to the statistics at the end of 2023, a total of 124,000 games and 265,000 programs are published in the Bazaar application , and also in 2023, 2.6 billion searches were made in this application. 1.17 billion has grown significantly compared to last year.
