In the last paragraph of this note, in the communications section, the issue of cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Communications is emphasized:
“In order to accelerate and facilitate the investment of the private sector in the development of the country’s optical fiber network, the Ministry of Energy in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Regulatory Organization and “Radio communication is obliged to approve the standards, rules and tariffs for the transmission of wires (the aerial optical fibers of the above-mentioned operators) through electric poles and pylons, in accordance with the principles of security and passive defense, within two months at the latest.”
It is worth mentioning in the budget bill that during the year 2024, the amount of 13.5 billion euros (15 billion dollars) will be allocated for the import of basic goods.
