With the aim of focusing on the field of logistics and creating synergies, Zap and Alopeyk were merged.

According to Ideaagency, according to the public relations report of Alopeyk, with the decision of the board of directors of Zap and Alopeyk companies, these two companies will merge and continue with the Alopeyk brand. The purpose of this merger is to create synergy between the two companies and focus on the development of new products and services in the field of logistics.

Mostafa Seyyed Hosseini, the chairman of the board of directors of Zap and Alopeyk, says in this regard: “It has been several years since Golrang Group entered this market with the aim of forming an ecosystem in the field of digital economy, and in the past few years, it has introduced various platforms into its investment space,which form a complete connected network of retail, e-commerce and logistics. The purchase of Alopeyk and Tapsi last year was done with the same purpose.

One of the most important bases and infrastructures for the formation of this ecosystem is the logistics infrastructure. In the field of logistics, we started working with the Zap product in 2021, and then we strengthened this sector by purchasing Alopeyk and Tapsi.

Seyyed Hosseini considers the focus on development in the field of logistics and creating synergies in the capabilities of the two companies as the most important reasons for the merger of Alopeyk and Zap and says:

“We intend to do more and more different things in the field of logistics so that we can ultimately have the strongest logistics infrastructure in Create the digital ecosystem in the country and create more added value for our users. To do such work, we needed to focus and optimally use the capacities within the group, and this made us decide to merge these two companies.”

Regarding the continuation of the Zap service after this merger, Seyyed Hosseini says: “This service does not overlap with Alopeyk’s products and services and is designed for institutional customers. Therefore, it will continue on its way along with other Alopeyk services and there will be no disruption in providing services to the customers of this service.

With this change, there will be two main businesses in the field of logistics, including Alopeyk and Tapsi Delivery, in the complex, each of which will follow a different market and service. We will continue to try to add more diverse services in the field of logistics, so that we can cover the needs of wider segments of the market.”
