The head of Pardis Technology Park said that they are trying to launch the Iranian Technology Trading Hall in the second half of 2025. The creation of this hall goes back to the resolution establishing the Iran International Innovation Zone to inject economic investment capacities into technology.
According to Ideaagency and the public relations of the scientific vice president, “Mehdi Saffarinia”, the head of Pardis Technology Park, announced the initial negotiations with various departments, including stock exchanges, to create this hall.
At the trade and technology exchange meeting, he said that according to the resolution establishing Iran’s international innovation zone, the establishment of Iran’s technology trading hall has been assigned to Pardis Technology Park: “The basis of this hall is trade and it injects economic investment capacities into technology.”
According to Saffarinia, in the last 15 years, Iran’s national Technomart network has been developed throughout the country, and currently Technomart structures have been formed in all provinces: “In the approval of Iran’s International Innovation Zone, these brokers have been recognized and are now active in all provinces with the capacity of the private sector.”
In Article 25 of this resolution, the Scientific Vice-Chancellor, in cooperation with Pardis Technology Park, while creating the country’s technology trading hall in the region and organizing technology trade brokers, facilitates the mechanism of technology exchange and sales marketing of knowledge-based products through Iran’s national Technomart network at the national and international levels.
Technomart is a specialized technology trading company. In this market, technology vendors get a chance to showcase and market their ideas and technologies. On the other hand, there is also the possibility that technology applicants will also raise their demands and thus have a higher power of choice among the options.
