Currently, the online sale of traditional bread is generally popular in the country’s big cities, and about one percent of the country’s traditional bread is sold through online businesses.
This new approach, implemented using online platforms and mobile applications, offers new possibilities to consumers. Among these facilities, we can mention ordering bread online, tracking the status of the order and receiving direct feedback from customers. Also, this new system allows the government to more closely monitor the production and distribution process, contributing to transparency and better management of resources.
Considering the numerous demands in the past few months regarding the organization of non-face-to-face sales of bread on the platforms from the point of view of the price of the internet supply of bread and respecting the turn in the delivery of bread between face-to-face buyers and online buyers, the e-commerce development center in line with its assigned tasks, including Planning, providing solutions, support and monitoring in order to develop applications and innovations in order to achieve the benefits of e-commerce in the country’s economy, supporting the expansion of e-commerce markets and facilitating trade, to create a codified framework for the systematization and legalization of this field in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and compile the property and beneficiaries of this field.
