According to IDEA, The Employer Branding Event Kicked Off with Speeches by the Founder of Media Innovation Factory and the CEO of Tejarat Bank. At the opening of this event, the founder of Way2work Media Innovation Factory emphasized the necessity of building trust in human resources to establish employer branding. The CEO of Tejarat Bank also spoke about the financial and credit support provided by the bank to the human resources of its business partners.
The Employer Branding Event took place at the National Library’s conference hall and was inaugurated with speeches by Reza Ghorbani, the founder of Way2work Media Innovation Factory, and Hadi Akhlaghi, the CEO of Tejarat Bank.
Efficient Human Resources are Scarce in Iran
The Founder of Way2work, while acknowledging human resources as the greatest asset of a business, considers it a serious challenge for businesses in Iran and believes that skilled human resources are becoming scarcer than ever.
In another part of his speech, he provides recommendations for businesses to address the challenges of human resources and emphasizes trust as the key factor in this regard. He mentions that businesses aiming for development need to attract competent and skilled professionals, requiring a foundation of trust.
Ghorbani believes that for their growth, businesses must work on their employer brand, and in doing so, they should be able to gain the trust of skilled and capable human resources.
The founder of Way2work, directs his message to the target community of the employer brand, composed of professionals in the fields of public relations, media, advertising, communications, human resources, branding, and marketing, stating: “Today, in addition to subjecting ourselves to scrutiny in terms of the employer brand, and reaching a summary of recommendations to elevate the employer brand, we will introduce three selected businesses among 500 as exemplary employer brands.”
Continuing the inauguration of this event, Hadi Akhlaghi, the CEO of Tejarat Bank, also discusses the importance of the employer brand and the efforts of Tejarat Bank to enhance the motivation and livelihood of its business partners.
He announces the financial and credit support of Tejarat Bank for its business partners (from businesses to retail customers) to boost their motivation and improve their livelihood.
Akhlaghi further emphasizes the role of the employer brand in cost reduction and value creation for organizations. He states, “The main approach of Tejarat Bank since 2021 has been long-term participation with various business owners, but the bank’s approach shifted in 2022 to providing services to individuals and retail customers.”
Tejarat Bank’s Programs for Boosting Human Resources Motivation
He continues, ‘Considering that a significant portion of Tejarat Bank’s customers consists of large, medium, and small businesses, we have tried to increase our share in providing services to individual and retail customers.’
The CEO of Tejarat Bank, in another part of his remarks, discusses the bank’s programs to support the human resources of its business partners. In this regard, he explains: ‘Tejarat Bank, in line with its goal of increasing services to retail customers and businesses, has prioritized offering various services, especially credit services, to the employees of commercial and business partners.’
Akhlaghi concludes by mentioning Tejarat Bank’s efforts to assist organizations and businesses in enhancing the motivation of their human resources and improving their livelihoods. He talks about the impact of these small and large-scale initiatives on improving the psychological, emotional, and economic well-being of human resources.
