According to the Iran digital economy annotation, 4,442 organizations have published at least one ad with the possibility of hiring disabled people, which is 9% of all companies and organizations that have been active in Jobvision since the start of this feature.

In other words, out of every 10 organizations, one organization announces in its job advertisement that it is possible to hire disabled people in the desired job positions. So far, 14,298 ads have been published in this field, and half of these ads belong to this year.

According to the latest information published by Jobvision, there are currently 5,906 people from the disabled community on this platform who are waiting for employment in their desired job position. This statistic was extracted from the review of resumes in which people mentioned their disability.

In order to create equal opportunities for disabled people, Jobvision has provided a possibility where job seekers can connect directly to jobs where employers have indicated that they are interested in hiring disabled people by activating the “I have a disability” option.

However, surveys show that many disabled people probably do not use this feature. Because according to the latest statistics, 4% of the country’s population is made up of people with disabilities, but the number of people who mentioned disability in their resumes is much less than the total number of registered resumes.
