In order to ensure proper ventilation during summer trips, Tapsi announced its incentive plans to encourage its ambassadors to turn on the air conditioner.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, these days, as the weather warms up, the discussion of using air conditioners in internet taxis has been raised again. Tapsi was the first company to add a banner to its app since 2020 to survey the air conditioning in its trips so that it could improve it by monitoring these conditions during the trip. From the last 4 years until now, this company has tried to provide its users with cool trips in the summer by defining various measures related to air conditioner. In this regard, Tapsi has recently announced that it has special plans this year to increase the rate of use of coolers and the satisfaction of users.
Negar Arab, Vice President of Tapsi Communications, emphasizing the necessity of using air conditioners in all trips of this company and special observation of ambassadors’ performance in the summer season, says: “Proper air conditioning in Tapsi trips has always been one of our concerns. For many years, in the summer season, a special section has been added to the Tapsi application so that, with the participation of users, we can learn about the condition of air conditioning during trips. Fortunately, the culture of using air conditioner has been established among Tapsi ambassadors, but some have not yet followed this approach due to problems such as the breakdown of the car air conditioner or running out of air conditioner gas. In this regard, special plans have been planned to help these ambassadors have no problem turning on the air conditioner.”
According to her, Tapsi has started the following measures to improve the air conditioning of its trips this summer:
Facilitating air conditioner charging service for ambassadors
Along with the addition of gas air conditioner charging service centers in Tehran, this service has also been added for active ambassadors in the cities of Karaj, Qom, Mashhad and Isfahan. By visiting these centers, Tapsi ambassadors can recharge their car gas air conditioner at a minimum price of almost 12 dollors. In addition, 20% of this fee will be paid as a reward from the side of the fleet for the most active ambassadors of the fleet.
Allocation of loans for major and heavier repairs
Tapsi has considered a special loan of about 200 dollors with 0% interest for the major repairs and heavy damage of the air conditioner of its busy ambassadors.
Special bonus for using the air conditioner
Another plan of Tapsi to deal with the heat in summer is to reward the ambassadors who receive good feedback from the passenger regarding the air conditioner. According to this plan, 10,000 Tomans will be added to drivers’ wallets for each positive feedback.
The company asked its users to help improve travel conditions in the summer by actively participating in the travel survey (related to air conditioning). Tapsi previously announced that the impact of passenger feedback will be displayed weekly to the ambassadors to inform them of their performance in the fleet. In other words, for the convenience of users in recording feedback, their opinions about travel air conditioning will not be communicated to drivers at the moment, but will be aggregated over several days and displayed at the end of the week.
