Snapp has recently designed a service for more accurate and faster follow-up of user reports about the non-compliance of the driver with the application specifications, which is currently activated on a trial basis in the cities of Ahvaz, Shiraz, Tabriz and Tehran
According to the Iran digital economy annotation, With this new feature, whenever a passenger user notices that the driver is different from the profile registered in the application after the end of the trip, and selects the “driver discrepancy” option as a negative score in the trip survey section, the travel security team will follow up on it.
Snap announced: “Keep in mind the security point when traveling with Internet taxis that you should always check the license plate, vehicle model and photo of the driver before getting into any vehicle. If any of these are inconsistent with your trip details in the app, cancel your trip. But if you notice this discrepancy at the end of the trip, report it to Snap by selecting the “Driver discrepancy” option on the trip survey page.
All reports will be checked and if the reported case is true, future follow-ups will be done to prevent repeating the trip with an unregistered driver or car, and a message will be sent to you that your report has been received. Your feedback will help us improve the safety and quality of trips and take effective steps to improve the accuracy of the trip matching process.”
