The chairman of the board of directors of Shatel announced that this operator bought 60% of the shares of Sabanet at the beginning of this year.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, “Mohammadhassan Shanehsazzadeh” wrote in an Instagram post: “At the beginning of 1403, by God’s grace and with the support and follow-up of Haj Agha [Shojaoddin] Mirtawousi [CEO of Shatel], we managed to buy 60% of the shares of one of the well-known companies in this field.”
On the photo of his Instagram post, this text can be seen: “Sabanet joined the shatel”
In another part of this Instagram post, Shanehsazzadeh wrote that the output of the shatel in the second 6 months of 1402 was the same as in the last 2 years. He is referring to the era after the former CEO of Shatel.
It was in the middle of Sharivar last year that “Ahmad Nakhjavani”, the CEO at the time, resigned from his position for the third and last time and separated from Shatel.
Shatel has assured Sabanet’s current customers that the changes in Sabanet’s structure and customer services will be made in the coming months and with prior notification, and there is no need to worry about this.
Shatel and Sabanet are operators in the optical fiber project.
Now, it should be seen how the management situation of Sabanet will change with the major acquisition of Sabanet shares by Shatel; Ahmad Bidabadi, CEO of Sabanet, will stay or someone from Shuttle Group will go to Sabanet.
