The National Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties has provided the capability of electronic signatures for the services of company establishment advertisements and legal changes in companies.
According to IDEA, the ability to use electronic signatures on the “My Registration” system as a unified gateway for electronic services of the National Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties has been made available. Users of this system can now register company establishment advertisements and apply legal changes in companies online using electronic signatures issued by intermediary centers.
In the government of October month in 1400, all responsible agencies for their systems were required to equip their systems with electronic signature capabilities in accordance with the executive regulations of Article 32 of the Electronic Commerce Law. Since then, a very small number of executive agencies have provided the capability to use and benefit from electronic signatures in their systems.
The ‘My Registration’ system now provides the ability to track and register certain documents through the National Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties’ electronic services gateway. However, because electronic signatures had not been available on this system until now, many requests had to be made in person through the offices of document registration.
Initially, this organization made the ability to use electronic signatures available in the Tehran province, and later extended it to all over the country.
Now, companies with electronic signatures can make changes to their legal entities or register their companies online through the ‘My Registration’ system. The use of registered electronic signatures on mobile phones is also available on this system.
Users of this system can register their documents by receiving electronic signatures from various intermediary centers that issue electronic signatures.
The ‘Setad’ system was another system that had previously made the use of electronic signatures available on its platform. However, the ‘Setad’ system did not support the use of electronic signatures on mobile devices, and users were required to use an electronic signature token.
Ali Hajizadeh Moghadam, CEO of Adanic, regarding the possibility of using ‘Emsa’ on the ‘My Registration’ system, stated: ‘Emza Me,’ as a platform that simplifies the issuance of electronic signatures through a simple mobile phone, is now integrated with the ‘My Registration’ system. By using the signatures issued through ‘Emza Me,’ requests can easily be submitted to the ‘My Registration’ system.
According to him, although it is possible to use all electronic signatures on the ‘My Registration’ system, the platforms that issue electronic signatures must coordinate with the ‘My Registration’ system, and these coordination efforts are currently being carried out by Emza Me.
In response to the question of whether using electronic signatures is usually complex and difficult for individuals, he stated: Electronic signatures issued through mobile phones usually have better usability. Efforts have been made to make the use of electronic signatures through ‘Emza Me’ not only more cost-effective but also simpler.
