According to the announcement of the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, since the beginning of 1403, it is mandatory to register a rental contract in order to receive the tracking code in the “self-written system”.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, Hadi Abbasi Asl, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, announcing this news, said: “From the beginning of this year, all rental contracts are registered in the self-written system to receive a free tracking code. It is possible to receive the tracking code in the self-authoring system both by real estate consultants and people themselves as clients for free.
He explained: “According to the planning done, the registration of the affidavit will also be transferred to the self-written system this year.”
The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development had previously announced that the provision of self-written system services at khodnevis.mrud.ir will be extended to all provinces of the country by the end of 1402. Also, the ministry announced that currently services are provided only in the rental sector, but the second step in the next year is the discussion of the charter.
Applicants can see training videos on how to use the self-written system through the Aparat platform and the Eitaa and Bale messengers.
The prerequisite for receiving a free tracking code is to register the desired property information in the real estate and accommodation system; So, if a property is not registered in the real estate and housing system, it is not possible to use the self-written system to conclude a contract.
The self-written system has been launched by the government with the aim of monitoring the housing market, and entrepreneurs and applicants for registering real estate contracts, requesting leases and obtaining tracking codes can use it for free.
According to ISNA, since the launch of the self-written system, 125 thousand and 159 rental contracts have been registered in this system by landlords, tenants and real estate consultants, of which 536 contracts have been registered from the beginning of April 1403 to the fourth of this month.
