Spara’s role in solving the problem of lack of specialist staff
Although the necessity of using expert staff in the field of cyber security is not hidden from anyone, the main challenge is to provide this expert staff to fill sensitive and important jobs, which is not only limited to our country and is considered a global problem.
To address this challenge, Spara uses a “skill framework”. This framework includes holding practical training courses under the supervision of the best experts in the field of cyber security in Iran, using the most up-to-date resources and educational methods, the core of which is skill competitions in the field of cyber security.
The purpose of this project is to hold high-quality training camps and skill competitions at the national and international level, as well as to encourage people to participate in competitions. The people participating in this plan, since they receive world-class training and acquire skills, can become a skilled workforce in the Iranian labor market, and in this way, the problem of the lack of expert personnel in the field of cyber security will be partially resolved.
Based on this, the third round of the national skill competition has started today, Tuesday, November 16, with the presence of 23 participants from different cities of the country, and these people are going to compete with each other in the Infrastructure hardening, Blue team and Red team sections for three days.
On the last day, after the points are determined, the best people will enter the Spara training camps and prepare to go to the 2024 World Skills Competition with the company’s experts.
The 2024 World Skills Competition is scheduled to be held in Lyon, France in September 2024 in 62 different disciplines.
A day before the national skills competition
A day before the start of the competition, Spara hosted all the people who came to Tehran from different cities of Iran to participate in the cyber security competition. They spent a day in Spara and got to know the environment and the teams in the company and the activities they do and asked their questions to the team members.
At the end, welcome packages were given to each participant. These packages were prepared in line with the social responsibility of Spara, which is to protect the endangered animal species of the country.
Spara believes that security is the natural right of every living being (both humans, animals and plants) and for this reason, he launched a campaign to take steps in the maintenance and care of these animal species by providing fences and therapeutic cages.
