According to Taghipour, telecommunications and communications are the providers of digital transformation infrastructure. If we want digital transformation to take place, we must update the infrastructure and increase the capacities in the form of the national information network.
He stated: In the seventh development plan, the provisions in the field of communication are unprecedented and I hope that companies will take advantage of the opportunities and that infrastructures will be updated and prepared for the realization of digital transformation.
Referring to the fact that the artificial intelligence fraction of the parliament had presented several proposals with the participation of governmental and private activists for the 7th development plan, the representative of the Islamic Council said: We proposed several articles for the 7th plan, among which article 48 was finalized, which states that the National Space Center Virtual, in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and the Presidential Scientific Vice President, within six months after the promulgation of the law of the seventh development plan, they must formulate the artificial intelligence program and get it approved by the Supreme Council of Virtual Space.
