Amin Kolahdoozan announced on the X social network about his last working day at the e-commerce development center and predicted that the issuance of Enamad certificates will reach 6 million signatures by the end of 2024. Actually, after two and a half years of activity, Kolahdoozan is saying goodbye to the head of Teta Center.
According to Ideaagency, Amin Kolahdoozan addressed the findings, performance and challenges of his tenure at the Teta Center in a letter to the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, and reported on the X social network about his last day of work at the center.
Kolahdoozan has discussed the process of its activities in the past two years in three sections “extract of findings, performance and results, challenges and future steps”.
Kolahdoozan, in the “Extract of Findings” section, has mentioned the departure of governance from the bureaucratic mode in the face of technology businesses, along with the use of new monitoring technologies and new regulatory methods. He also warned against government entrepreneurship and systematization and demanded to avoid this approach.
In the first part, he stated that the most efficient method to create legality and transparency in a market is to support transparent and capable companies and emphasized the approach of monitoring and regulation using new technologies such as artificial intelligence and the businesses of Regtech Group.
In the “Performance and Results” section, Kolahdoozan has discussed the growth of e-commerce during this period and has guaranteed the achievement of the goal of about $86M efforts by the end of this year. He also announced the number of companies with this product as 270,000. He also predicted that the issuance of electronic signature certificates will reach 6 million signatures by the end of the year.
Kolahdoozan has considered the sandbox of Theta Center as one of the leading sandboxes in the sector by accepting 5 companies.
He has also mentioned the organization of the online gold buying and selling market in two months and has evaluated this market as having nearly 4 million users and the net sale of 1 ton of gold.
He has also introduced the e-commerce center sandbox as the fastest sandbox in terms of accepting companies and activities.
In the “Challenges and Future Steps” section, Kolahdoozan has mentioned the violation of the contract with Mellat Bank for the government headquarters system and the formation of corruption of 2000 thousand billion. He described this issue as a “bone in the wound” and emphasized legal action.
He also mentioned the capacity to amend the e-commerce law and considered it a valuable capacity that can solve many economic issues and problems.
In this regard, he wrote: “The center’s actions to amend the mentioned law should be based on the new approach of developing the ecosystem, creating partnerships, creating new regulatory capacities such as the use of regulatory technologies, strengthening the infrastructure and subsystems of the country’s e-commerce development.”
He also pointed to the development of the sandbox activity as a regulatory arm and wrote: “The development of the sandbox activity will definitely be opposed by the traditional operators, who should take into account sufficient planning along with maximum participation to manage the stakeholders.” This issue, along with the negative effects of inaction or bias in regulating the activity of the center in new and emerging fields, will definitely make the center’s proactive measures necessary and of course accompanied by a serious challenge.
Finally, he once again warned against government entrepreneurship and systematization and demanded to avoid this approach.
