According to IDEA, he added that the courage and audacity of young specialized experts and capable technology companies have reached a level where they can make advancements in producing advanced medical instruments. Additionally, he mentioned that various issues are posing challenges to these businesses, from financial problems to competition challenges with foreign products and dumping. Nevertheless, efforts toward producing knowledge-based products continue earnestly.
Dehghani praised the upper-level support documents and the serious determination of officials in supporting the knowledge-based ecosystem and stated: With the support given by the Leadership to the knowledge-based economy, there are now nearly 10,000 knowledge-based companies, each having notable achievements.

This understanding is crucial to turning an idea, product, or service into a success.
Dehghani referred to supporting exemplary and inspiring movements in the development of knowledge-based products and stated: Some of these companies and their movement trends are indeed exemplary and inspiring. The activities of TAPESH Accelerator fall under the category of motivating actions; the strength of this accelerator lies in its market-oriented approach and its focus on the prioritized needs of the medical equipment market. We should not forget that the initial production point is within medical centers, hospitals, and the market of this field. This establishment, with a good understanding of the market and the country’s needs, has been successful in producing and developing some widely-used and efficient medical items, which has resulted in noteworthy exports.
The Deputy for Science, Technology, and Economy of the Presidential Office mentioned the development of the model of corporate innovation centers aimed at meeting the technological needs of industries and developing the market for products in a specific sector: The model of corporate innovation centers is one of the priorities of the Deputy’s Office, which has begun with six knowledge-based groups. The first contract of this type of innovation center will be signed this week between the Deputy for Science, Technology, and Economy of the Presidential Office and the TAPESH Accelerator. The vision for this corporate innovation center is to develop a market for at least 10 knowledge-based medical equipment products, attract specialists in this field, and involve active companies in the creation of a technology giant.
