Now, the head of the National Center for Studies, Monitoring and Improvement of the Business Environment and the Secretary of the Deregulation Committee has announced in a letter that a meeting will be held with the presence of the Presidential Legal Assistant and the inquiry regarding the removal of the “I’m in a hurry” option from internet taxis.
The letter states that according to the legal theory of the presidency, the “I’m in a hurry” option is not an example of overselling, and Internet taxis can return this option to their services.
According to this letter, Snapp and Tapsi are obliged to submit their pricing analysis information to the Secretariat of the Supreme Supervisory Board of the country’s trade union organization within two weeks.
Finally, after receiving the relevant information, the Secretariat of the Supreme Board of Supervision of Trade Union Organizations of the country is obliged to hold meetings with the representatives of the Chamber of Trade Unions of Iran, the Vice President for Science and Technology, and the State Penitentiary Organization, to receive the information received from the relevant platforms, and within the next two months The report reviews this information and provides recommendations and possible requirements for platforms.
