According to IDEA, various teams, including Sheypoor, are actively engaging with users to collect and analyze feedback in order to continuously develop and improve their program and website to meet the diverse needs and desires of users.
Sajjad Baharvandi, Deputy Director of Technology and Product Development at Sheypoor, stated: Over the eleven years of Sheypoor’s activity, users’ perception of the website and mobile platforms has evolved. Therefore, the Sheypoor design team, after conducting various meetings with users and considering their extensive feedback, has decided to redesign the Sheypoor website.
He mentioned the start of the redesign process: It’s very important for us to not only address users’ daily needs but also provide an up-to-date and modern user experience when using the Sheypoor program and website. Therefore, to enhance the user experience and maintain the connection between users and Sheypoor, we have initiated the redesign of various sections.
Sheypoor Website Redesign (Enhancing for a Better Experience)
Baharvandi explained the prioritization of the redesign process: In the redesign, first, the issues reported by users are taken into account, and in the next step, design integration and visual updates are implemented. The redesign process has commenced with changes in visualization, font upgrades, and the use of new icon sets on the Sheypoor website’s homepage, which will gradually extend to other sections of Sheypoor.
In line with this, Ali Reza Honarkar, Senior Marketing Manager at Sheypoor, discussed the changes: With the modifications in the website page design, we aimed to create a more suitable visual environment and improve the user experience. These changes will help maintain and promote the connection between users and Sheypoor and contribute to growth. Moreover, Sheypoor’s visual language will be more contemporary, and we hope to establish better communication with users.
He added that the redesign of other web pages on the Sheypoor website will continue, and in the future, users can expect new changes in this regard.
Sheypoor is a platform that facilitates services such as buying and selling items like electronics, mobile devices, tablets, home appliances, real estate, cars, personal items, recreational and sports equipment.
