Dotin’s CEO: Innovation centers in our country have a positive aspect

According to Iran digital economy annotation, “Mohammed Nejad Sedaqat”, CEO of Dotin, explained in the panel meeting “Innovation Centers, Value Creation or Cost” on the sidelines of the transaction exhibition, pointing out where we are going to reach with this volume of innovation center: “Innovation is using something that can stimulate the enthusiasm of the customer.

On the other hand, innovation has a series of inherent paradoxes. In the first place, the condition of survival is against leaving the safe space. Organizations must be able to abandon stability and be ready to accept any change. Otherwise, they will not get anywhere with the number of innovation centers.

He pointed out that if a system has reached relative stability, it faces an issue called risk in the path of innovation; Risk is the cognate of innovation.

CEO of Dotin believes that the innovation centers in our country have more of a showy aspect, and in the end, the output of their work will not be a stunning product.

Nejad Sedaqat also explained about the plagues of innovation centers: “Lack of framework and methodology is one of the plagues of innovation. Clinging to a popular failed idea is also one of the plagues of this industry. Sometimes people in an organization continuously follow a failed idea and do not know the reasons for the idea’s failure.

According to him, sometimes people are forced to obey the head of the organization, which prevents innovation. People who only talk and so-called exaggeration are also among the other pests of innovation in Iran.

Dotin’s CEO emphasizes that the customer’s feeling after receiving the product is very important. In fact, the customer should be full of satisfaction and delight.
