By introducing “wallet” in all business panels, Divar has made the user’s payment experience simpler and more secure.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, with the aim of improving user experience and reducing payment and refund problems, Divar has made changes in its payment system and implemented “Divar’s wallet” in all panels.
Currently, users in all business panels can use Divar’s services by charging their wallets. With this change, the process of buying packages has been stopped and users with Divar’s wallets can easily register ads, apply ladders and steps, and other services.
To charge the wallet and use it, just go to the “My Divar” section in the Divar’s application, and in the “Professional Divar” tab, after choosing your business, go to the “Wallet” and “Payment” sections. To add money to the wallet, you can choose the option to increase the balance.
The wallet has different features; including activity report, details of transactions, direct payment and allocation of rial quota to colleagues.
The ability to track the status of refunds, simplify receipt of the Shaba number, resolve financial discrepancies and automatically calculate them, and automatically issue official invoices are other features of the Divra’s wallet.
Divar has increased the success rate of payments up to 75%. At the same time, if the payment was unsuccessful or there is a need to return the money, the process of returning the money is also simplified and users get their money back in an automatic process, without the need to call and follow up.
According to Divar’s report, with the improvements made, calls related to “payment technical problems” have decreased by 76% compared to the same period last year, and calls related to “refunds” have also decreased by 55%.
