Amihossein Moftakhar, director of the Digikala car category, said in LinkedIn that car sales in Digikala have resumed after a six -year hiatus, but this time users can buy a used car.
According to Ideaagency, This company started selling cars in its store in January 2017, but in 2018, we saw the stop of selling cars in this online store. The process that seemed to be over, but now you can buy a car again by visiting the Digikala store.
Of course, the procedure for selling cars is different this time than in the past, and the used car category has also been added to this section. According to Digikala’s car category manager, this change is only a part of the multi-phase car sales project and we will see the implementation of the next phases of this project in the future.
To purchase the car, the customer must pay Digikala $2,101 as a deposit. After that, the car is reserved for the buyer for 36 hours. During these 36 hours, the seller and the buyer coordinate for a visit. If the condition of the car is approved, the declaration will be drawn up and the buyer will go to the bank to deposit the remaining amount. After that, the buyer can go to the seller to receive the car.
Moftakhar said in the same Linkedin post that this company is ready to cooperate with all car suppliers.
