As announced, this document had already been examined in numerous expert meetings with the presence of real and legal members and experts in this field in the private sector, and it was discussed in the last day’s council meeting.
According to this document, content producers, such as active users on platforms and social networks, producers of specialized and professional content, as well as small and local social media, will share in the income from traffic sales. Also, based on this document, platforms and systems providing practical services to people will be developed and strengthened.
