The Competition Council has once again confirmed its previous decision regarding Snapp’s engagement in anticompetitive practices against Tapsi.
According to IDEA, in the current year’s Farvardin (March), the Competition Council had announced that Snapp had committed anticompetitive behavior against Tapsi and would be fined for it.
The incident was related to Snapp’s purchase of a thousand Irancell SIM cards and contacting 14 thousand Tapsi drivers, offering them incentives to join Snapp.
At the same time, Snapp, in a statement, without denying the issue, declared that it has not engaged in any anticompetitive actions.
