“Bale” messenger vice president denied unauthorized access to the application.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, the messenger “Bale” announced that the access of this messenger is in accordance with the principles and policies of Google and Android, and experts can verify them.
Recently, some media and users on social networks had reported about Google Play’s security warning about unauthorized access and spying of this messenger. Now, “Amin Tajammolian”, the vice-chairman of Bale, has denied this issue in a text he provided to the media.
Tajammolian explained: “In recent days, we have received a limited number of reports about the Google Security Shield error from users.” After checking these reports, it was found that these users have not updated their application for a long time.
He continued: “As you know, Google and the Android operating system are constantly changing and updating the policies of Android application development. Updating programs is one of the ways to keep up with these changes, which Bale has always been aware of. So it usually releases its new version every month in valid markets and asks users to use the updated versions to use the latest features.
According to him, the accesses of “Bale” can be measured by experts. In this regard, he said: “None of the users who have used the new versions of Bale have raised a report in this regard. The claims that have been published in some foreign media in recent days about Bale application are not true; Because all the access required by the application is clear and can be verified by experts.”
He also said about the accesses of this messenger: “The accesses of the Bale application are according to the principles and in accordance with the policies of Google and Android, and the permission of the accesses is requested from the users at the beginning of using any Bale feature.”
