According to IDEA, In a recent statement, Majid Eshghi, the Head of the Stock Exchange Organization, revealed that revisions have been made to the guidelines for admitting knowledge-based companies to the stock exchange. To gather input from capital market participants, the amended guidelines have been posted on the Stock Exchange Organization’s website.
Eshghi added, “Once market participants and experts in the capital market provide their feedback regarding the guidelines and revisions, the comments will be summarized and approved by the board of directors.”
The President of the Stock Exchange Organization emphasized that the market for knowledge-based companies, which includes both growth and knowledge-based segments, is defined in the admission guidelines for the stock exchange. It is hoped that the resolution will be confirmed by the end of the Iranian month of Mehr (around mid-October), paving the way for the launch of the knowledge-based market.
