According to Iran digital economy annotation, In the last month of the year, the Haftsin table and its accessories have been searched on Divar more than all the terms related to Nowruz, and the users of Hormozgan, Bushehr and Kerman provinces have been the most frequent customers for Nowruz ads.

Where is the Nowruz market more prosperous?
Among Divar users in different provinces of Iran, residents of Razavi Khorasan provinces publish more Nowruz ads in the last month of the year than other provinces. After them, the users of Qom and South Khorasan provinces are in the second and third places.
The main customers of this market are mostly from the south of the country. The highest average number of calls to each ad belongs to the people of Hormozgan, Bushehr and Kerman. Divar users in these provinces have contacted the Nowruz ads of their province an average of 23 times and all of them are on the top of the first platform. After them, Tehranis (with 22 contact attempts) and Fars province residents (with 21 contact attempts) are in the next places.
“Eid” or “Nowruz”?
Usually, when we talk about the New Year, we say “Eid” in conversation. “Nowruz” is more formal and doesn’t seem to be spoken much. Divar’s statistics show the same. Among the searches of Divar users, for the New Year celebration, the word “Eid” is repeated much more than the words “Nowruz” and “New Year”. 88% of these searches were next to the word “Eid” and only 11% were next to the word “Nowruz”. The share of “Eid Nowruz” combination was only 1%. Naturally, when we say “Eid” more easily in everyday language, we also make more compounds related to the New Year with the same “Eid”.
Haftsin” at the head of the parliament!
In Esfand, users are looking for Haftsin table more than anything else. From the “table” itself to the green and the mirror. Haftsin and its accessories make up 65% of Nowruz searches. “Clothes and shoes” and “travel and accommodation” are in the second and third places.

But it is interesting that the share of searched clothes is much more than shoes. 95% of the searches were related to clothes and only 5% of them were to find the desired shoes on Divar. More than 70% of the searches were related to children’s clothes and shoes, and adults had a smaller share of these searches.
Where should we go for Nowruz holidays?
In 37% of their searches for Nowruz travel tours, the destination of Divar users was “Kish” island, which is at the top of the table. Mashhad (with 28 percent) and Qeshm (with 8 percent) are in the next places. Among foreign travel tours, the cities of Istanbul, Antalya and Van, all three in Turkey, have a total of 17% of these searches. In other words, Turkey is the most popular foreign destination for Nowruz travel among Divar users.

Usually, the New Year guests are treated with nuts, sweets, and fruits. Of course, there are many users who search for these foods on Divar next to the word “Eid” or “Eid Eve” near Eid. The most sought-after food for New Year’s reception is sweets with a share of more than 50%. After that and with a short distance, nuts are located (with a share of 46%) and fruit is the least sought after. Only 4 percent. The most searched festivals are “Gel and Botox” with a share of 39% of all searched festivals, followed by “Laser”.
