The first annual report of Payman’s direct payment solution was published.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, according to Payman’s public relations, in its 2023 performance report, this company for the first time addressed the issue of direct debit solution in Iran and presented important data of Payman’s statistics and behavior of direct payment users in Iran.
According to this report, the number of Payman’s transactions in 2023 increased by more than 120% and the amount of transactions increased by more than 200% compared to the previous year.
It should be mentioned that in the last year, more than 3 million national codes and Yekta mobile phone numbers have activated Payman’s direct payment in various applications.
Also, in this report, the statistics indicate that 72.58% of the country’s transactional bank cards are covered by Payman.
In another part of this report, the 0.4% share of Payman’s direct debit transactions compared to Shaparak’s payment gateway (IPG) transactions has been discussed.
It is worth mentioning that about 80% of Payman users have activated the possibility of direct payment on one of the applications of the Hezardastan group (Cafebazaar, Divar, etc.), Snapp and App.
The customers of Mellat, Melli and Saman banks also make up the majority of Payman’s direct payment users in terms of the number and amount of transactions.
According to the data of this report, 98% of direct payment contracts (Payman) of users have resulted in at least one successful transaction.
In another part of this report, which is related to the findings of the market research project of this company in the fall of last year, the purchase of recharge and internet package is the most frequent purchase, the Melli Bank card is the most used card in everyday purchases and the Snapp application is the most popular application for direct payment has been introduced to the community.
