During its 10 years of operation, the Sheypoor application has been installed more than 35 million times and has been able to provide high-quality services to its users in various fields such as real estate, automobiles, employment, etc. Sheypoor is one of the most effective platforms on the business chain in Iran, and its effects on non-digital sectors are also noticeable.

Usually, due to having strong technical teams, these platforms carry out their development internally, especially in the space where they are present, and if another business has a real and forward-looking value, it finds the opportunity to cooperate with them.

“Melak” is a new platform in the field of real estate, which, according to itself, has designed fundamental changes for the players of this industry, and instead of following the expansion of services like super apps, it focuses on improving the experience of its users and the communication between them. “Melak” was invested in 2021 by one of Iran’s major mass builders in Isfahan, but in 2023, it changed direction in strategy and development as a whole, and by recruiting Alireza Hatami from Eentekhab Group as CEO and renewing the investment to the amount of approximately 863 thousand dollors. At the beginning of 2024, he presented his new product.

According to informed sources, this platform has recently managed to attract the opinion of Hamidreza Pakravan, the CEO of Sheypoor, and a strategic cooperation between the two is going to be formed. If this collaboration takes place, it will represent a new strategy from Sheypoor to change the current views in the real estate market.
