Alibaba announced that it will hold a free business academy course

At the beginning of 2024, Alibaba Travel Company called for a course called “Alibaba Business Academy” with the aim of training specialized personnel in the field of commerce. In this call, those interested and eligible were invited to participate in this course while presenting their resume.

According to Iran digital economy annotation, the lack of human resources, especially specialized workforce, has been one of the most important challenges for businesses in the past years. In the startup ecosystem, this challenge has shown itself more due to the large migration of the young workforce.

Ali Abroshen, human resources manager of Alibaba Travel Company, after the end of this call, says about its reception, “We started with a call on our official pages, which was well received, and in the first stage, we received about two thousand resumes. We have already started reviewing these resumes to select 120 people for the next stage. In the second stage, among 120 people, 40 people will be selected and their training will begin. This training is free, it is held in the organization itself, and after passing the necessary training, all these 40 people are ready to enter the job market in the management and master’s levels of the commercial department of any organization, especially tourism businesses.”

Regarding the limitation of the number of people under training, Abroshen says, “We insisted that the training be carried out by the managers and leaders of our own organization to be sure that it will not be just a theoretical training and that people will use real experiences in the training process and with the projects that are being carried out. are dealing with “Such a process creates an efficient educational process and prepares people to solve the real challenges of the labor market.”
