Narvan Entrepreneurship Company invested in Peyman direct payment service on behalf of Agham Financial Group.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, Peyman is the first provider of direct payment solutions in Iran, which started its activity in Faraboom Open Innovation Company in 1398 and is known as an important product in the field of open banking.
Direct Debit (direct payment) is a solution that users use to allow businesses to pay for frequent purchases and pay bills and periodic subscriptions directly from their bank account.
With a 91% successful transaction rate, Peyman has increased the customer retention rate by 8 times, while increasing revenue and cash flow growth for businesses. Also, so far, more than 5 million national codes and 7 million unique mobile numbers have used Payman’s direct payment. With more than one million active users, Peyman has provided this solution to the customers of 13 banks of the country in more than 100 online businesses directly and thousands of applications indirectly. Digikala, Snapp, Cafe Bazaar, App, Tapsi and Filmo are among the businesses that use Peyman’s direct payment service.
Peyman, with a joint investment of 120 billion tomans by entrepreneurial companies Narvan and Faraboom, will continue to operate as an independent company from now on.
This solution is a popular and widely used method in Iran, and it is expected that Peyman, a joint venture between Narvan and Faraboom, will take a significant share of the country’s online payments in the near future.
