Investigations show that the Supreme Commission for the Promotion of Content Production of the National Center for Cyberspace in the field of protecting people’s rights and their freedom in the platforms has ordered that the platforms take measures to strengthen the safety mechanism and protect the privacy of users.
The regulator of the sector is also responsible for investigating and following up people’s complaints regarding the performance of the platforms, considering the importance of the freedom of activity of users and their support as a priority of the National Center for Virtual Space in the preparation of this document, and the platforms will also be rated in terms of the quality of services. became.
Therefore, according to the report, this action has been taken to prevent the violation of some examples of privacy, which had led to people’s concern about the confidentiality of their activities on the platforms.
Also, in order to achieve this goal, in the document regulating relations in the field of examples of criminal content in cyberspace, the regulator is required to take measures to guarantee the freedom of users’ activities within the framework of the user agreement.
According to the document approved by the Supreme Commission for the Promotion of Content Production, in order to solve the concerns of decision-makers and government trustees regarding the lack of communication with the platforms, this commission has tried to design the processes so that the platforms are only related to the regulator of their sector and answerable to them.
According to this document, the Judiciary has been obliged to support the platforms that perform the assigned duties by issuing circulars, regulations or drafting judicial bills, against the criminal responsibilities caused by the content published by the users.
On the other hand, one of the requirements in the field of content is the provision of technical services, which, in order to fulfill this importance, the High Commission for the Promotion of Content Production, the Vice President for Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, support knowledge-based companies active in the field of providing these services, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology should determine technical standards and indicators, technical supervision of machine and intelligent systems, establish a technical laboratory, develop new technologies and support superior platforms.
At the head of these processes, the Supreme Commission for the Promotion of Cyberspace Content Production will be responsible for making policies within the framework of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace, creating coordination and synergy between related devices and institutions, identifying and pursuing the removal of service barriers, and monitoring the good implementation of the document.
