In the 7th Development Plan, the Forensic Medicine Organization was required to create an electronic system for providing forensic medicine services, including examinations, laboratories, dissection and commissions.
According to IDEA, the representatives in today’s (Wednesday, November 3) public meeting of the parliament and during the review of the 7th development program bill, agreed with paragraph “a” of article 115 of this bill, according to which the forensic organization was obliged until the end of the first year of the program. Create an electronic system for providing forensic medical services, including examinations, laboratories, dissections, and commissions, and send the answers to all inquiries of judicial and law enforcement agencies online and instantly.
In this paragraph, it is emphasized that the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, the Social Security Organization, the Police Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the judicial authorities are obliged to provide medical documents, correspondence and reports online and immediately to the country’s Forensic Medicine Organization.
