The Regulatory Authority for Radio and Communication is issuing warnings to two internet operators following Webservice and Pars Online disruptions.
According to IDEA, based on public complaints registered in the 195 system and network infrastructure data analysis, subscribers of Webservice and Pars Online operators have been unable to access the communication network since approximately 14:00 hours of the last day (October 7th). In response to this incident, the regulator has issued a notice to these operators, urging them to address and resolve the disruption promptly.
Technical teams from the regulatory body and complaints filed through the 195 system indicate that users of Webservice and Pars Online operators have been unable to access the network since around 14:00 hours of the last day (October 7th).
Specialized teams began working to locate the exact fiber cut location from the early minutes of the disruption. After necessary examinations and technical tests at the initial and final points of the route, the exact cut location was ultimately identified at the operator’s main center.
Following the identification of the exact location, based on ongoing follow-ups, the process of resolving the issue by specialized teams is underway.
