What were the achievements of Snapp Ticket?
In the 1400 fiscal year report, Snapp Group discussed its performance and achievements. According to this report, the goal of this business was to address the overuse of paper for printing tickets and the inconvenience of this process for many people. Snapp Ticket aimed to make a small contribution to environmental preservation by replacing paper tickets with electronic ones from the beginning of its operation. The modern ticket control system of Snapp Ticket was also launched based on this concept, allowing all tickets to be controlled without the need for a paper copy, using mobile phones, tablets, etc.
In this regard, the CEO of Snapp Ticket, Reza Mahernia, said: ‘After the successful experience of offering and selling sports and entertainment events last year, this year we intend to focus more on events such as cinema, theater, and concerts. In fact, we are striving to provide a variety of services and facilities in the Snapp Ticket collection by focusing on this sector and collaborating with active players in this field.’ Mahernia also gave promising news regarding the sale of theater and concert tickets to enthusiasts in this field, but it is unclear whether it will proceed to the implementation stage or not.
This platform offered experiences, museums, concerts, war, and recreational tickets, which, with a difference, had the highest number of recreational services enthusiasts.
Eighty-nine percent of Snap Ticket users were in Tehran, with only eleven percent in other cities of Iran. The age group of users ranged from 18 to 45 years.
Despite such performance, why is this platform shutting down or temporarily suspending its operations?
It’s worth noting that the platform’s activity is not visible in the 1402 performance report of the Snap Group.
