The Manager of the Government Electronic Procurement System Announces that Depositing Fees into the State Treasury Is Underway.
According to IDEA, the Public Relations of the Electronic Commerce Development Center (ETC), as per the statement by Arash Askari, the manager of the Government Electronic Procurement System, the proposed solution by ETC to address the disruption in the payment gateway of the executive system has been implemented. After the necessary investigations and follow-ups, deposits are currently being made without any issues into the State Treasury’s account, under the name of the Electronic Commerce Development Center.

According to the notifications issued by the E-commerce Development Center (ETC), executive bodies and suppliers can now proceed with their purchase transactions by depositing funds into the State Treasury’s account and providing a deposit receipt to the respective authority. They should also upload an image of the receipt and submit a ticket to the command system.
The notifications sent to address the mentioned disruption include the following recipients: Notification to all entities subject to the Procurement Tender Law (with amendments and attachments) and other entities in the public sector, Notification to the Directors-General of Industry, Mining, and Trade in 31 provinces and South Kerman, Notification to the National Treasury, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance.
He emphasized that traders using the command system should be cautious about SMS messages sent by profit-seeking individuals or the sharing of other account numbers with the purchase winner. For this stage, the desired account is in the name of the Electronic Commerce Development Center with the State Treasury, and suppliers should pay attention to this. Information in this regard is only provided through the Electronic Commerce Development Center website.
Finally, Askari added that in accordance with the law, the commission fees determined in the system must be deposited exclusively into the State Treasury’s account with the number 4001062701029390 at the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran (deposit able in all bank branches with IBAN IR330100004001062701029390 in the name of the Electronic Commerce Development Center) with the deposit/payment ID 312062782140186000114000405500.
In this regard, it is necessary for the contractor, procurement manager, or the executive authority in charge of the purchase within the executive bodies to guide the winner to deposit the commission fee amount (according to the amount announced by the system) into the specified account with the mentioned ID and receive the deposit receipt from them (the deal winner).
