A Look at the 1401 Iran-Talent Report
The 1401 Iran Talent report, focusing on the situation of salaries and wages, recruitment and hiring, and other labor market aspects, has been published.
According to IDEA‘s report, based on the annual Iran Talent report, in the past year, 69,000 individuals in three organizational categories – specialist, middle manager, and senior manager – declared their salaries and wages. In this report, we will take a look at the published statistics regarding salaries and wages. It’s worth mentioning that the figures are expressed in million Iranian Rials.
In 1401, middle managers received 45% more than specialists in terms of salaries, meaning nearly twice the salary of their own managers! This highlights the significant role of organizational classification in determining salaries and wages. However, within this organizational classification, the level of responsibilities for each position needs to be considered by companies when determining salaries and wages.
