The prototype of the Shab site was unveiled in the fall of 2016, and the collection practically started its work with a group of experienced IT professionals in the accommodation sector. At that time, this work was considered an innovation and there was no platform for renting villas and residences.
Shab Introduction
According to Iran digital economy annotation, due to the increasing use of virtual space in Iran, many services that previously could only be provided in person are now available online so that these things can be done more easily and quickly. It covers part of the needs of the country’s tourism industry, which has been neglected for a long time and there is a great demand for it.
Shab is an environment for interaction between the owners of private accommodations and travelers who intend to use these accommodations. On the “Shab” website, hosts can register pictures and information of their accommodation and receive orders from a large number of customers who are looking for an accommodation for their trip.
With the passage of time and entering 2018, the Shab team became bigger and all the necessary permits were obtained from the tourism organization and legal authorities. In the same year, different selection filters were added to “Shab” along with the guest comments section so that travelers can make a better decision to stay there by referring to the comments of previous guests of each accommodation.
In 2019, the use of “backpacker” forces and tourists who were interested in cooperating with Shab and registering various accommodations in it was on the agenda. This year can be called “Shab explosion”. Knowing more about the existence of such a platform sent a large flood of enthusiasts to “Shab”. This caused a big platform like “Snapp Trip” to sign a cooperation agreement with Shab and supply their houses entirely from Shab.
With the entry into the corona era, many challenges were faced by the tourism industry and consequently “Shab”, but with special arrangements, this difficult and sensitive period ended. May Shab continue to work hard and make Shab the first choice for travelers to rent a villa in Iran.
Shab’s goals
One of the main goals of “Shab” is to establish direct communication between the hosts and their customers in such a way that the inclusion of customers’ comments about their observations of the accommodations can explain the quality level of the environment and the elements of the accommodations to other users and also attract the attention of the host to the interests and needs of customers.
In such an environment, increasing the quality level of accommodation and services due to the creation of competition between accommodation providers will guarantee the progress of part of the tourism culture of our beloved country, Iran.
