Mohammad Farjoud became the CEO of “Nutra”, the newly established investment holding of “Saba Idea” group.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, “Saba Idea” capital management company with the brand name “Nutra” is the investment and business development holding of Saba Idea Group, which operates with a focus on digital economy and new technologies.
The main activities of Nutra Holding include investing in startups, partnering with actors in the innovation ecosystem, developing new technologies, and operating in international markets with a focus on technology-oriented businesses.
Saba Idea Group includes Filimo, Apparat, Filmo Madrese, Sabavision and Cinematicket, which, with the establishment of “Nutra” Holding, seeks to expand its field of activities to other sectors of the ecosystem of technology and innovation.
Nutra’s cooperation with startups and innovative companies is done through Idea Ventures, which is the specialized venture investment arm of this holding.
The main areas of activity of this holding will include media and entertainment, fintech, artificial intelligence, health and lifestyle, education and marketing and advertising.
Mohammad Farjoud is a graduate of Executive Management (MBA) from Sharif University of Technology and a PhD in Strategic Management from Tarbiat Modares University, he held positions such as the CEO of Tejarat Bank Technology and Innovation Holding (TAFTA), the CEO of Tehran Municipality’s Information and Communication Technology Organization, the General Manager of Irancell Organizational Business, the General Manager of Marketing of RighTel, the Chairman of the Smart City Commission of the country’s metropolises and the Chairman of the Digital Banking Commission of Nasr Organization of Tehran.
