With the approval of the board of directors of Pasargad electronic payment company, Mohammad Ajodani was appointed as the CEO of this company and replaced Masih Mashhadi Tafreshi.
According to Iran digital economy annotation, Ajodani has a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering. Since February 2020, he has been working as the vice president of Novin Dotin Banking and has been responsible for Wepod (Tarabank Pasargad).
He is also the managing director of Simorgh Tejarat and the vice president of micropayments of Fanap Payment Company.
Developing micro-banking products was one of Ajodani’s missions during his career in Dotin as the vice president of modern banking. He was able to intelligently implement crediting and providing micro-facilities in Wepod with the help of his team with the aim of developing financial inclusion in the country.
Mohammad Ajodani is now in the position of CEO of Pasargad Electronic Payment Company due to his past successful experience and for the purpose of further synergy for the development of financial services, banking and digital payment.
Previously, Masih Mashhadi Tafreshi was the CEO of Pasargad Electronic Payment Company, and during his tenure as CEO, the shares of Pasargad Electronic Payment Company were listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange and met with great acceptance by the shareholders.
In addition, during the management period of Masih Mashhadi Tafreshi, Pasargad Electronic Payment Company was able to improve its financial and competitive indicators, from the seventh place in the payment industry to the third place, and to provide services to about 20% of the country’s store terminals; These successes made Pasargad Electronic Payment to win the award of “Top company in terms of fast growth” in the ranking of Iran’s top companies (IMI-100) for two consecutive years.
At the same time, Mohammad Nejad Sadaghat, CEO of Dotin Company, was introduced as a new member of the board of directors of Pasargad Electronic Payment Company.
